WARRANTY FOR THE SIMPLEX™ FRAME SYSTEM: For any product that utilizes our SIMPLEX™ frame system, we warranty the frame for a period of three (3) years for defects in workmanship and materials. Should any defects in the SIMPLEX™ frame system be discovered within three (3) years of purchase, NORTH PEACE™ will repair or replace the defective parts thereof at no charge for labour or materials, provided: (1) Said unit is returned to the place of purchase or local distributor; and (2) Proof of Date of Purchase is included with the said product; and (3) A letter accompanies the product and indicates the complaint of defect to be remedied; and (4) That the SIMPLEX™ frame system involved has not been subject to damage, misuse, accident, or neglect. Repairs to the SIMPLEX™ frame system for normal wear after the three (3) year warranty expires, or repairs at any time due to damage, misuse, accident, or neglect shall be dealt with under the Basic Product Warranty provisions.

BASIC PRODUCT WARRANTY: We build NORTH PEACE™ products to the highest standards of materials and craftmanship. All of our products are fully warranteed against defects in workmanship and materials. In the unlikely event of a warranty problem with one of our products, we are commited to making things right. We will repair or replace the product at our option. Repairs due to accident, negligence or normal wear will be performed at a reasonable charge, provided: (1) Said product is returned to the place of purchase or local distributor; and (2) Proof of Date of Purchase is included with the said product; and (3) A letter accompanies the said product and indicates the complaint of defect to be remedied.
