Tru-Craft builds our deck rails using dry standing dead, fire killed lodgepole pine, hand logged causing low impact on
the forests. The main advantage to this source of raw material is that it is dry when we start working it, also major
cracks in the wood can be eliminated and smaller cracks can be faced down so as not to collect water, very little
cracking occurs after construction.
Most of the deck rails that we build are sold to customers in Alberta, where our experienced installers do the installation,
however we have shipped into the United States. This requires precise measurements from the homeowner/contractor and a sturdy
deck to attach to. The rails are then built to spec. in our shop and shipped, installation on most jobs is actually quite simple.
Inside or out, these beautiful rails add rustic elegance to any log home.
