Pumpkin Pie
 
2 eggs, slightly beaten       1 3/4 cupsLibby's pure pumpkin
3/4cup sugar      1/2 tsp salt
1tspcinnamon      1/2 tsp ginger
1/4tspcloves      1 2/3 cup evaporated milk
 
Mix eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt, and spices thoroughly. Stir in milk and mix well. (Note: top milk or light cream may be used instead of evaporated milk).

Pour into a deep 9" unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450° F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° F and continue baking 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

This is the best pumpkin pie recipe I have ever run across. Don't forget to serve with whipped cream.
