Just as in the days gone by, the
roundup and brandings are still just about the most important events of the cowboys'
year. These brandings are carried out almost exactly the same as they were over
one hundred years ago. The roundups are more than a working event. They are a
time when cowboys from various ranches get together and swap stories and lies
