Henry Takasan

Henry Takasan moved to Hat Creek in 1995 and re-opened the Golden Flower Cafe. The Golden Flower Cafe is Hat Creek's only restaurant. Henry regularly serves up great cowboy cuisine with a world flavour. Henry was an experienced chef before coming to Hat Creek. He had also worked for several outfitters preparing meals for hungry cowboys. Henry Takasan is on the organizing committee of the Hat Creek Cowboy Campfire Festival held in July every year since 1997. Henry is the inspiration behind Silk Road Music.
