OK, the red one isn't mine....

.............1953 Buick Series 50 (56R) Kustom Kut down. 322 BUICK NAILHEAD COMPLETELY Rebuilt and Chromed. Most every bolt on the engine and in the engine compartment is Polished Stainless Steel. Removable Carson style custom roof made with original side rails (roof skin and frames removed) so windows roll up and seal nicely in them. Tops original (bubble) re-shaped and rear slope enhanced to give it the (chopped look) without losing all the headroom and having to cut all the glass. This also lets you use all that nice wrap around chrome giving the whole car a nice look. Even the factory chrome folding drip rail was retained and operates like the original 53 hardtop!
......The new motor and tranny are in place, brakes are new, extremely well detailed under the hood, VERY DRIVABLE. All the stainless chrome trim is in excellent shape and has no holes drilled in any of the very hard to find items. The "Buick Bombsight " chrome emblem has never been broken off by the eager gas station attendant using it to close the hood. I have seen the side chrome on this car sell for as high as $1500.00 U.S. on ebay. Custom car builders will pay a high price for the so called "hockey stick chrome".
.....Wide white bias ply tires have aged have no tread wear on them at all. This car comes with the original 1953 baby moon Buick embossed hubcaps, which are also in very good condition. Windshield is original in Very good condition with only one small chip and no cracks. A new windshield rubber was installed last year. The seats are out of a 1966 Pontiac featuring the 2.5 " chrome strip over the top which looks great on older convertibles. The console is out of a Ford Contour giving the interior a modern feel and "Boyd Coddington" look to the interior.
.....Lights, signals, wipers, heater, even the license plate light is in working order. This car was in very decent shape when I started, and just needed some TLC. ! It won't take much to finish this project off in any color you like. E-Mail me if you have more Questions: phovland@telusplanet.net
