Tape Ratings

Please Take The Time To read This

This is how how rate my games

Master Copy= Original Copy=EX

1st Generation= Copy off master

2nd Generation=Copy off 1st Generation

etc,etc,etc,

(EX)-Excellent, These are master copies and there may be the odd 1st generation copy. I record my games in LP & SLP, These games are recorded on cable. Since I don't have a dish.

(VG)-Very Good, Some of these games are masters, just not a good cable feed. Most are 1st & 2nd Generation copies dubed in SP. These games are starting to show slight imperfections. Not a perfect picture.

(G)-Good, These games rated in a 2nd to 5th Generation copy. All of these games I received on trade. I received them dubed in either SP or LP. Close ups are good, but distance shots are blurry. I find alot of games from the 70's and early 80's fit in here. Cable feeds not a strong or there were recorded off rabbit ears. Starting to show signs of fuzziness and color bleeding. There may be ghosts and snowy picture. These games show there age and how many times they were dubed. They are still very watchable.

(F)-Fair, These are games I have also received on trade, They could be a 5th to 10th Generation copy. Still watchable, lets put it this way they are a dub of a dub of a dub etc, etc, etc,. These games may have tracking problems as a line on top or bottom of screen, or showing signs of washing out discolor, distorted volume, bleeding. They may also have a jumpy picture,or the picture may shake from time to time.

(P)-Poor, For the total diehards, not worth trading for, only if you need it. Look for a better copy, may hurt the eyes.

Rules and Information

(1)- I dub all my games in SP, some times I will dub in LP if the game is off a master and depends on the quality of the game picture. If you reguest LP, But I always dub in SP. Also I don't have the time like I use to. I will do my best to fit any game on a T-160 tape at SP. I use Sony, Maxell, and the odd Fuji or memorex T-160 or T-120 Tapes.

(2)- Some of my games are edited (Comericals, Halftimes, intermissions and some my have edited huddles) I get them that way, I send them that way. I will tell you the details of the game as far as editing goes etc, etc, etc,.

(3)- I try to be fair when grading my games, we all have are own standards when grading. This is only a hobby and not are lives, I have traded games where they were graded (EX), only to rate them as Good to fair copies. I've gotten games that were rated high, and i've rated them lower. So it works both ways and there is no perfect rating system.

(4)- I never lay claim to fame that all my games are perfect or I'm a perfect trader. I do my best to make sure all my traders are happy and my trades run smooth. I don't control what happens to my package once I mail it. But If you receive any games broken or lost, I will resend them to you at my cost. I also do a follow up on all my trades to see if you have received and are happy.

(5)- I check all my games before I send them to you, I check the first 10-20 minutes to make sure there are no problems. I don't have time to watch the entire game. I have 4 vcr's and check them on all 4 to make sure there OK. If there are no problems there on the way to you.

(6)- If you live in Canada expect your games in 3-5 days, If you live in the USA, expect them in 10-14 days. Nothing more nothing less, thats the way Canada Post works. I don't control how fast they get there or when they will arrive. I will email you when there in the mail.

(7)- If you have nothing to trade, I don't sell any games. But I do except blank tapes, I take 5-T160 blank tapes per game, if you live in the USA, and 3-T-160 if you live in Canada. One tape is used to copy the game, and the other two is used to cover my postage and handling mailing the games back to you.

(8)- I can't trade with everybody, but If you email me and I have not Gotten back to you. Please forgive me, I have a busy schedule. I wish I could trade with everyone, there is just not enough time.

(9)- If you live in the USA, Please check off on the green sticker gift. Also Please value your games at $2 dollars a game. If you value them to high, Canadian Customs makes me pay a duty charge on the games. Its no fault of yours, Canadian Customs figures they should charge everybody for getting something for free.

(10)- I only add traders to my bad list, when they don't live up to there agreement on a trade. If I don't receive anything after 2 months. I will email the trader, if he does not reply back to my emails after 4 months or has sent nothing, I consider myself being ripped off. I add the traders name to my web page as a warning. I get no satisfaction adding a trader to this list, but if a trader cannot send his games or email me after 2-4 months. Then they (Trader) should not be in this hobby.

Happy Trading Folks!!!!!!!!!
