Application for Membership

Instructions

If you or your spouse have (or are thinking of purchasing) a Miata, any year, then you qualify for membership. Joining is simple:

1. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader yet, click on the "Get Adobe® ReaderTM" icon below to download this program for free.

2. Click on the "Application Form" link below, and print the two pages.

3. Follow the instructions on the second page (includes mailing address).

4. Allow two weeks or so for processing and return mailing of your membership card.

5. That's all there is to it!
