Colours: Classic Red (SU) Mariner Blue (DU) Crystal White (UC) Silver Stone Metallic (3L) - introduced in spring of 1990 Packages: All colours: 14" Steel wheels, AM/FM/Cassette deck, black cloth seats, black soft-top. All colours: 14" Steel wheels, PS, AM/FM/Cassette deck, black cloth seats, black soft-top. All colours: 14" Alloy wheels, PS, AM/FM/Cassette deck, black cloth seats, black soft-top. Classic Red only: 14" Alloy wheels, PS, AM/FM/Cassette deck, black cloth seats, black soft-top, hard-top. Particulars: Mazda emblem on driver's side of nose, centre caps of wheels and passenger side rear. Black Miata script badge on driver's side rear. Spotting tips: Early 1990 (May 1989 to mid-1990) Miatas had a gloss black finish on the soft-top (and hard-top) latches. Post mid-1990, latches came in flat black finish.
