Pictures: Page 1 • Page 2 • Page 3 • Times & Rankings • Newsletter Article Edmonton AutoCross Challenge Cup 2001 The event, sponsored by the Edmonton Corvette Club, is scheduled for Sunday, June 24th with a rain-out date of Sunday, July 8th. Jerry Wood of the ECC is already working hard to get the parade ground at Namao and, if he does, the course will even be larger so there should be lots of open space with no curbing of any kind. We may look for one person to help work the event. Entry fees are probably not going to change ($100 per team), but may if CFB Namao charges more than expected for the facility. Minimum Snell-90 rated helmets are required. The same format will be used as previously, with teams of four competing for the best aggregate time, but there will also be a split in the awards / prizes. For example, if there are ten teams entered, awards will be given out for first, second and third in Tier One and Tier Two (fifth, sixth, and seventh).
