Dyno Day at Apex Modified - 23Apr05
We descended on Apex Modified just south of 34th Street on Parsons Road starting around 9:45AM Saturday April 23rd, and stayed until dinner time. Miatas of all stripes turned out for a spin on the dyno drum: Mk1, Mk2, normally aspirated, turbocharged, supercharged, 1.6L and 1.8L engines, you name it we ran it on the rollers before the day was done. Those of us who stayed most of the day were nearly deaf by the end! Our appreciative THANKS!! to Travis and the Apex team for hanging in there with us all day, putting roughly 15 cars through the dyno in almost 8 straight hours. The following pictures tell the story of the cars, and the last page summarizes the dyno results for each car.
