This year's BBQ was hosted by John and Ebeline at their home near Pigeon Lake. The
crowd was large enough that it filled the backyard and made it easy to strike up
almost any kind of conversation. The weather was pretty good up to the point of
actually eating, at which time a downpour ensued.
We moved inside to continue our chit-chat and enjoy the company. The most animated
conversation focussed on John's Morgan 4/4 while he was in England a few years ago.

Unfortunately, Steve's pleasant evening was cut short by his encounter with the deer
on the way home from the gathering. These pictures show the damages to his 1993
