Notes for FREDERICK MELVIN MILLIGAN

This guy was under 3 different names in the U.S. Federal Census:
1910: Melvin Milligan - Living in Calais, Ward 6, Washington Co. Maine
1920 Fred M. Milligan - Living in Lubec, Washington Co. Maine
1930 Fredrich M. Milligan - Still Living in Lubec.
His wife Edith died sometime between 1920 and 1930 as he is shown as a widower in 1930 (she was listed on the 1920 census).
In 1920 he was a laborer at a sardine factory, and his daughter Inez M. Milligan was a packer there as well. In 1930 he was a farmer and Inez was a telephone operator, Edna R. is not shown on that census, Inez was living with her father.
Edith, Inez and Edna were all born in Maine.
The census done 10th of January 1920 shows Inez to be 18, so guessing she was born toward the end of 1902, beginning of 1903. It shows Edna to be 12, so 1907-08 for her. I looked everywhere I could think of couldn't find any trace of them after that.
