She's finally here!!! I am so thrilled to have her in my arms:) Broolyn Taylor was born at 5:54 am May 24. She was four weeks early, but absolutely healthy *S*. She weighed 5lbs 13 oz. and is 19" long. She has so much hair, it's unreal. I will be making her own page soon, but here's one picture of her, at one week old. We have so many of her already!

our little angel

The labor was a breeze, which is great, because the pregnancy was pretty difficult. I hadn't updated the site for a while. My cervix started dilating at 32 weeks, was 2 cm then. I went on bedrest for a while, and was in the hospital for a few days. I had steriod shots to help mature her lungs, and was given Magnesium to help stop contractions.

When the day came, we weren't sure it was real. Lyall thought I was just looking for attention :) When I finally said okay, let's go to the hospital, the contractions subsided a bit. We drove in circles for an hour to the hospital and back home, before we finally said okay, lets go in *S*. I just wasn't sure, they didn't hurt too bad, and weren't very regular. I'm just glad we finally went in LOL!

WOW, it seems like just yesterday the line turned blue (Three times!!) and I'm already 27 weeks. I can't believe I have only a few months left to go! Sometimes I sort of feels like I've been pregnant longer, I had such a hard time with the nausea in the begining, I'm so glad that it's done.
Of course, I've developed a few problems with my cervix, and am not allowed to work for the last two months. I'm already going crazy!!! Oh well, in no time I'll have this wonderful baby here:)
I had an ultrasound done at 19 weeks, and here is the baby!! It's amazing to see the little one in there moving around. It really is active too!! I can't sleep at night already:)

I can't beleive it still, I am finally pregnant:) It seems like so long, yet not as long as we were planning. Lyall and I were seriously talking about going on the waiting list for IVF, and it just happened:) It was my second try at artificial insemination. We did three home pregnancy tests before we would believe it!

This was given to me by Emerald Fairy. It beautiful, thank you so much:)

These wonderful graphics were given to my by a friend, Tracy. Thank you so much for this:) It means a lot to both of us.

This song below is "With Arms Wide Open" by Creed. It's also the midi that is playing, I had a few people send it to me, and I want to thank them. I think this song is perfect for my unborn child. I couldn't have said it better myself

Well I just heard the news today
It seems my life is going to change
I closed my eyes, begin to pray
Then tears of joy stream down my face
With arms wide open
Under the sunlight
Welcome to this place
I'll show you everything
With arms wide open
Well I don't know if I'm ready
To be the man I have to be
I'll take a breath, take her by my side
We stand in awe, we've created life
With arms wide open
Under the sunlight
Welcome to this place
I'll show you everything
With arms wide open
Now everything has changed
I'll show you love
I'll show you everything
With arms wide open
