The Beach House

The Beach House is a favorite property for small groups of family and friends vacationing together. This two-story lake view property has two private, yet connectable levels and can accommodate up to 14 people. A large covered deck area provides a wonderful “outdoor room” to enjoy the lake and Alberta sunsets.

The design is ideal for 2 or more family groups.

The property is located within 400 meters of the waterfront, overlooking both a park and lake. You are within easy walking distance of Sylvan’s downtown amenities.

The upper 3 bedroom level, features an open kitchen to great room design, a kitchen eating counter with stools, a central fireplace, cedar cathedral ceilings, washer & drier and a full bath.

The main floor level has 2 bedrooms with an open studio design, a small loft, breakfast bar, privately fenced yard and fire pit area.

Both levels are complete with dishwashers, microwaves, cable TV and VHS, and BBQ’s. Both levels have 3 piece bathrooms.

For sleeping arrangements the upper 3 bedroom level has 2 queen beds, 1 double bed and a double futon in the great room. The main floor 2 bedroom level has 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, a double futon and a double pull out bed in the living room.

All you need to bring is your own bedding and towels. Some folks like to bring their own CD/DVD players.

The property is professionally cleaned. Check in time is 3:00p.m. Check out is 11:30a.m.
