Specially designed for gatherings of friends and families has two - 2 bedroom units, and a separate studio unit, all connected by a privately fenced and treed courtyard.

Units can be rented individually or combined for groups. Discounts apply when all units are rented together.

A front porch deck overlooks one of Sylvan’s cobblestone streetscape and boulevard while a rear upper deck gets lot of sun and overlooks the treed courtyard. BBQ’s are provided on both decks. The rear courtyard has a fire pit for evening gatherings.

Each of the units have kitchens, cable TV, VHS, BBQ’s and tub or shower baths. All cooking and eating equipment and utensils are provided.

This vacation property was fully renovated in 1999 and is comfortably equipped for vacation use.

For sleeping arrangements the upper 2-bedroom unit has 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and a double pullout bed. The lower 2 bedroom has a queen bed and a double bed. The studio provides 2 double beds, a super single and a double pullout.

All you need to bring is your own bedding and towels. Some folks like to bring their own CD/DVD players.

The property is professionally cleaned. Check in time is 3:00p.m. Check out is 11:30 a.m.
