I'm writing this entry because I'm stuck down in the basement. No, it's not some barbaric punishment, but for the simple fact that it's ungodly hot outside and this is the only place in the house where one can breath without sweating.

I've done some work on this page as well as my Warhammer page, and I think both are coming along nicely. My links page still needs some work, but at least all of the links are in working condition. As for my music page, it still needs some content and most of the links are not funtioning. Once I get those two pages dealt with, I think I can move on to others.

As for what else I'm doing? Not too much: working on painting my Warhammer miniatures, learning how to play the guitar (let me tell you, that is going to take some work!), and working on various creative stuff that I've let go all summer and have just decided to take up now that I only have three weeks till classes :). So, on that note, I'd best be off to do more work. I'll probably have another update once classes start.

Ok, scrap the pictures that I was working on, too. In the last months, I've been mainly focusing on my Warhammer page, a page dedicated to my miniature army that I'm collecting and that is a part of a series of Warhammer army sites that I share with my husband Scott and his brother Eric. If you're unfamiliar with Warhammer, it's a war/strategy game that is played real-time (like a board game) with one or more opponents. Basically you move figurines that are arrayed in various battle positions across modeled terrain to engage with the enemy. It's terribly time-consuming (you have to paint all of your miniatures), but terribly fun as well :).

Other than that, I haven't really been up to much this summer. I still don't have a job, though I might get a job at the University for the month of August, at least. Scott still doesn't have a job either, but several positions look promising. So at the moment I guess I'm trying to simply enojy my summer - since I have the feeling I won't have very much free time with the onset of the next semester at the University.

So, now about the webpage. I think I might put my efforts towards the music section of this page, since I feel I can complete that quicker than anything else. Let's see if I can stick to it this time :).

Ok, ok. So I haven't really done anything on this site since my above entry. Let's just say things have been more than a bit busy around here for the last coupe of months, so that's my excuse and I'm running with it :). Now though, I'm going to work on it - seriously. I've decided to start on my image page instead, so that should be running soon. Ok - I'd better get to it. Really. Right now. ;)

Yes, believe it or not, I'm actually working on a new webpage. My previous attempt was halted several months ago when I embarked on university classes. Now that they're almost through, I will hopefully have the time that I want to work on this site.

So far, I've got the bare bones of a music page, which is probably the most labor-intensive page that I have. There you will find information about the bands I like, plus links to pages that I hope to build for some of my favorites. Then I plan on posting a huge image page, filled with pictures of my two little furballs, Inky and Pippin, plus both new and old pictures of Scott and I and the adventures we've had so far.

So, in saying that, I'd best get to work. Hopefully another update will appear in the next couple of weeks...
