Battle Report: November 12, 2001
Opponent: Vampire Counts
Army Size: 1000 Points
Result: Win

Ah, a victory achieved by frontal charges and sheer brute force. Well, it was aided by my opponent's decision to place his general (a Necromancer) inside a unit of skeletons, making him rather easy to kill. After that, his whole army literally fell to pieces. I did manage to annihilate a unit of Black Knights with my Squig Herd though, so the victory wasn't totally devoid of tactical success on my part. I must say, Squigs are extremely effective against armored opponents. I'm somewhat tempted to field a larger herd, but I rather like my current animosity-free arrangement. Besides which, I don't much fancy the idea of having to do random movements for 20+ Squigs if the unit should happen to flee.

I used a temporary list for this battle, comprised solely of units I actually had models for. Troop dispositions can be viewed below.
