Construction is just starting on the new mega-mall, gaming and entertainment complex at Balzac. The complex will be 1.4 million square feet and built alongside a new racetrack with a projected 1200 stalls. This project is the largest construction project in Alberta outside of the Oilsands, and Local # 8 sheet metal, sheeting / decking and roofing contractors will be working on the project. |
