TERMS & CONDITIONS

50% deposit is required to reserve studio (unless prior arrangements have been arranged).

Full payment is required upon completion of each section below.

Example:

25% to book studio,

25% upon completion of bed tracks / drum tracks,

25% upon completion of vocal tracks,

25% upon receipt of first test mix CD.

Invoices not paid when due are subject to suspension of recording services.

Invoices not paid when due for final mix are subject to a finance charge of 10% per month of unpaid balance until paid.

ALL TAPES & CDs REMAIN PROPERTY OF SWANSONIC UNTIL ACCOUNT IS PAID IN FULL.

The use of studio facilities and equipment shall be undertaken at Clients risk. Studio shall not be liable for any injuries or personal property, loss or damages of whatever nature. Studio shall not be liable for any consequential damages resulting from equipment failure such as compensation payable by the Client to personnel during any delay. Studio assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to musical instruments, any related musical equipment, recorded tapes or CDs, or personal property of Client. Clients tapes will be stored, at the Clients risk. Client shall obtain insurance against these risks.

SWANSONIC reserves the right to make changes in policy without prior notice.
