Weekly News Update 03/03/02Every once in a while we get sidetracked from our training goals, it happens, so the key is to get back into the regular routine as soon as you can. This does not mean to try and double up or overdo the return to make up for lost training. It is gone. What you need to do is work to get that consistency back and stick with the plan for gradual improvements. Those that have committed to run the Relay Race in May need to send in their money right away.. Take care out there and remember to think Blazn Fast!

Swimming should use good sets with paddles and pull boys and remember to include some core exercises and stretching.
