Its been an exciting week at the Blazn Fast team as we rolled out our own
.com site. That's right, no more long weird web address because you can now find
us at www.blaznfast.com . Look for more
exciting improvements as we complete the beta testing of the activity log in the
members area and fine tune the automatic training program.
With all the weather and delays and other issues many of our Blazn Fast Team
had a slow week.
Get in some training sessions on the treadmill, deep water running or at the
Oval. Take care out there and remember to think Blazn
Fast!

Training Feature
This last week was Bike Week. For the non-triathlon team this was cross train week.
We hope that everyone was able to enjoy themselves and this week we are back to
LONG Run week. Everyone should increase their last long run by 10% and build
that great base for the new year.
