At a basic level, we are able to advertise your positions internally and refer qualified individuals who have completed our job finding clubs. In addition, we can arrange co-operative work experiences and "Training-on-the-Job" opportunities. These services are offered at NO COST to the business community.

• Post job vacancies and refer appropriate individuals who have completed our Job Finding Clubs
• Arrange mutually beneficial short term work experiences (2-4 weeks) so that the employee has an opportunity to "test" out the position and gain introductory training, while the employer can evaluate the candidate's suitability for the position
• Writing appropriate training plans (short and long term programs)
• Proposal submission to Government offices for approval of training subsidies
• Ongoing monitoring, support and evaluation of the training process
