This 12-hour workshop helps staff members identify common communication problems and how they can develop techniques in order to get their message across more effectively. The workshop will include information regarding non-verbal communication, assertive communication and creating "scripts" for difficult situations. The workshop is activity based and practical, using workplace examples.
