Locally owned and operated in the Red Deer area for the past 25 years, Timcon Construction is a fully integrated construction firm, which provides expertise in all aspect of construction. From sizable engineered structures to smaller commercial projects, Timcon strives to service a wide variety of client needs.

Timcon Construction has the capability to provide specialized work in areas such as Civil and Industrial Construction; Commercial Construction; and, Renovation and Retrofit. In addition, Timcon offers Design-Build service, which enable a project to be engineered and constructed from initial concept to finished product.

As well as working with an assortment of private clientele, Timcon Construction has completed projects for numerous government agencies at provincial (including Environmental Protection, Public Works, and Alberta Transportation), municipal and federal levels. Our established working relationship with all local subtrades enables Timcon to quickly locate appropriate trade work for even the most specific task. Timcon's broad access to local subtrades helps to promote competitive pricing for our clients. Furthermore, we provide fully bonded subtrades to ensure timely and quality workmanship.

At the beginning of each project, the scope of work, schedule and budget are established with the client. As work proceeds our state-of-the-art computer system is able to provide project updates on a continuing basis.

Timcon Construction has an ongoing safety program in which all employees participate. Key staff members are trained in First Aid and WHMS; if necessary, they are also specially trained to meet the safety needs of individual projects. In addition, Timcon has completed the program Alberta Construction Safety Association Partnerships in Health and Safety.
