Berga is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan and was admitted as a member of the British Columbia Bar in 1995. She practiced in Northeastern BC until October 2002. In November 2002, Berga moved to Lethbridge to join the firm of Torry Lewis Abells LLP. Berga was admitted to the Alberta Bar in January 2003 and became a partner with Torry Lewis Abells LLP in 2008.
Since coming to Lethbridge, Berga has become an active member in the Rotary Club of Lethbridge Sunrise and has participated in the Lethbridge Rotary Dragonboat Festival; both as a volunteer and a paddler. She was recently appointed to the Lethbridge Public Library Board of Directors. Berga has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Southern Alberta Community Living Association since 2004.
Berga practices in all areas of civil litigation, and maintains an active solicitor's practice.
