- personal injury
- health law
- employment disputes

Ken has practiced law in Lethbridge since 1975. He has conducted numerous trials, appeals and arbitration. He has lectured extensively on medical legal matters. He has been a sessional instructor of medical legal issues in the University of Lethbridge's Department of Health Sciences since 1990. In the year 2000 Ken was appointed Queen's Counsel.
Ken has always been very active in the community and is currently a member of the Rotary Club and a Director of the Lethbridge Community Band Society. He is a past president of the Lethbridge Bar Association and past chair of the Lethbridge Community Foundation.
