Congratulations to Scott A. Harling. Scott was called to the Bar on October 9, 2007 and continues to practise with TLA.

TLA put together a team and participated in the 2007 Lethbridge Rotary Dragonboat Races in July. We were not Olympic quality, but we did win a heat and a wet and fabulous time was had by all.

Torry Lewis Abells LLP would like to welcome articling student, Scott A. Harling, B.Mgt., LL.B. Scott joined us on May 8, 2006. Scott graduated from the University of Lethbridge and went on to study law at the University of Manitoba. Scott has recently moved here from Winnipeg with his wife, Heather.

In December 2004 Torry Lewis Abells LLP expanded its law practice to include a branch office in Fort Macleod, Alberta. The office, located at 235 Red Crow Boulevard, is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:30pm. While we will have a lawyer in the Fort Macleod office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday each week, we will certainly accommodate appointments on other days when needed.

We are excited about this new venture, and look forward to becoming a part of the Fort Macleod community.
