1) ACD - Automatic Call Distribution:
Description: The ACD is designed for small business
applications of 5 to 30 people. It is ideal for businesses that do not
have a dedicated attendant because it ensures that incoming calls are handled
within a user-definable number of rings. The ACD can be programmed for
Top-down distribution or Round-Robin distribution. This feature allows
for callers to enter a call holding queue rather than hear a busy signal
or be transferred to voice mail.
Benefits: This feature is most beneficial for
businesses that need to handle large volumes of calls efficiently and effectively.
Customers reach the first available person, increasing customer service
and company image. And, while customers are holding they can listen to
promotions and other announcements. The ACD makes sophisticated automatic
call routing capabilities affordable. Alert messages or warnings eliminate
the need for a supervisor to monitor the ACD. Obviously, being able to
route and answer more calls and add-on sales at the same time means increased
sales for any business.
2) Voice Mail and Automatic Attendant:
Description: Our system can act like an electronic
messenger, making sure to accurately record what your callers said and
how they said it. As well, Auto-Attendant that can answer and route incoming
calls, eliminating the need for a dedicated attendant. Voice Mail and the
Auto-Attendant can be programmed in a variety of ways. Voice Mail and the
Auto-Attendant enables callers to: call a specific station, call a group
or department, leave a voice mail message, reach an operator, select prerecorded
informational messages, return to the main AA greeting, access up to 10
AA and access paging through the AA.
Benefits: Voice Mail and AA makes sure that a
caller reaches the person that they are looking for directly and efficiently
and that how and what they said is accurately recorded. In addition, the
AA reduces the need for a human operator to answer in-coming calls, saving

with the click of a mouse.
