If you are not satisfied with the quality of any item you purchase, we will refund your purchase if notified within 10 days of receipt of goods.
Prices
Prices are subject to change. Fluctuations in pricing occur due to market conditions. Because we order through various food brokers on the international market, prices can change from time to time. We will do our best to confirm any price changes with you before processing your order. Of course, when applicable, we will pass price decreases onto you. You can request the most current price on any product at any time, simply fill out our Online Form, or Fax us, and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.
Backorders
Product availability cannot be guaranteed. Items unavailable will not be backordered..
Payment
In order for us to place your order, the Order Form must be accompanied with a minimum 50% prepayment received by the order deadline.
Payments can be made with cash, cheque, VISA, or MasterCard. Cheques may be post-dated for the Order Deadline date. A charge of $20 will be levied for any N.S.F. cheques, or for credit card slips returned.
When Can I Order?
Order deadline is the 2nd Monday of each month. We accept orders anytime up to and including the 2nd Monday of each month. Deliveries take place the 3rd week of each month..
