  1. Any development requires a Development Permit from the Village.
  2. Following the acquisition of a Development Permit a Building Permit needs to be purchased.
    - 2 sets of architectural designs, structural designs,
    mechanical designs, and electrical drawings
    - Permit filled out and fee paid
    -Village will courior the permit to Alberta Permit Pro
    for the final approval with a turn around time of
    approximately 1 week.
  3. Following approval from Alberta Permit Pro a Building Permit is issued.
  4. A Building Permit is required for all construction in excess of $500.00.
  5. Plumbing and Electric Permits are also acquired from the Village Office.

Subdivisions

- All Subdivisions are now carried out through the Village Office. - A detailed sketch of the proposed subdivision area needs to be supplied along with the applicable fee.
