West Wind Blondes is located in Southern Alberta near the Town of Stavely. From our living room you can see the Rocky Mountains and some awesome sunsets.

At West Winds - we believe in total DNA parentage verification for both the herd and animals offered for sale. We maintain a recorded health profile on each animal from birth.

For several years we have used EPDs as a tool in the selection process. We cull for disposition, conformation and performance.

We have for several years marketed our bulls by Private Treaty. West Winds will now market their females by Private Treaty also. We will picture females for sale following the 2009 breeding season.

Our policy is that no West Wind Bull leaves the premises without a "Breeding Soundness Evaluation" being performed by a Veterinarian, and no female listed as bred will leave without confirmation of her pregnancy.
