One thing that attracted me to this movie was the original book and the character Lizzie. She has a lot of spunk and a quick wit about her. I think the movie brought more of the relationship of Lizzie and Darcey forward. I enjoy Darcey's stoic personality towards Lizzie, hiding his love for her. For those who have not read the book...read the book before seeing the movie...
