The Bow Valley Parkway - a grand entrance to the Rocky Mountains

The Bow River winds its way from its source in the Rockies past the mountain resort town of Banff on to Calgary. Mark Schretlen captures some spectacular scenes along the trails from Lake Louise to Banff and into the foothills; this area is called the Bow Valley Parkway.
