Cancellations prior to 15 days of the tour will be refunded, less a nominal administration fee.

Damage deposit is required on each machine rented.

Inclement weather conditions can force delays or cancellations of tours, such conditions will result in appropriate refunds.

All rates are subject applicable taxes.

Safety

H & R Rentals will endeavor to ensure safety and enjoyment by all participants, but since quadding and sledding involves certain unforeseen risks, a liability waive is required to be read and signed prior to departure.

We respect the environment and promote the philosophy to "Tread Lightly". We are not a race organization and we insist that guests travel at reasonable speeds to ensure safety.

Minimum age requirement: 18 years

Your initial meeting with H & R rentals begins with a demo and orientation of proper machine operation and riding techniques.

*Daily rental rates $130.00

*Weekend $345.00

*Weekly & monthly rates available upon request

We are nestled on a plateau at 4,200ft just outside the edge of Willmore Wilderness Park approximately 140km north of Jasper National Park and 430km west of Edmonton.

Grande Cache offers many amenities including modern hotels, excellent restaurants, a shopping mall, recreation centre as well as an 9 hole golf course with a beautiful view of the mountains.
